PotatoVPN (operated by FASTPOTATO PTE. LTD.) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your personal data.
PotatoVPN follows a data minimisation principle. We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve our service:
PotatoVPN maintains a strict no-log policy. We never collect, monitor, or store:
The limited information we collect is used exclusively to create and manage your PotatoVPN account, process subscription payments and issue refunds, provide customer support, improve app performance and server infrastructure, and send important service notifications.
Your usage data is stored for no more than 48 hours, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems. Account information is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
Most user data is stored on servers located within the European Union. As a Singapore-incorporated company, FASTPOTATO PTE. LTD. may access data externally for customer support purposes in compliance with applicable data protection laws. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
PotatoVPN works with carefully selected third-party partners to provide the service. Payment processors include PayPal, Stripe, and CoinPayments, which independently collect payment details in accordance with their own privacy policies. Google Analytics and Firebase are used for aggregated, anonymised app performance analytics. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
PotatoVPN uses two cookies on our website: one to track your login status and one to remember your interface preferences. Both cookies expire after one year. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect some website functionality.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data. EU residents under GDPR have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of data, as well as data portability and the right to lodge complaints with a supervisory authority. California residents under CCPA have the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to delete it. We do not sell your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@potatovpn.com.
PotatoVPN is restricted to users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of PotatoVPN after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
